Design a Logo for Cottam Community Centre
The Competition
Children and young people are invited to design a logo that represents the centre as part of the local community in Cottam.
Prize
The winner will receive a family ticket to Camelot Theme Park
Pick up an entry form at the Cottam Community Centre or the Ancient Oak in Cottam.
All entries must be received by 5th June 2012.
Rules of Entry: Term and Conditions
1.To enter, you must be under 18 years of age by the closing date (5 June 2012) and you must be resident in Cottam.
2.You should print the following information (IN BLOCK CAPITALS) on each entry:
·Name, age, contact telephone number (entrants’ personal details will not be released without prior consent)
·You may enter one piece of artwork. Only individual entries will be accepted.
·Certify that your entry is an original piece of work, e.g. I certify that this is an original and unaided piece of work.
·State whether you have used any source imagery.
·Images must not previously have been offered for sale or published.
·Notifications of receipt will not be issued.
·We reserve the right to exclude any image.
3.The closing date for entries to the Cottam Community Centre Design a Logo Competition is 5 June 2012. This date is final. If your entry is received after this date it will not be submitted to the judges.
4.The decision of the Judging Panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding that decision.
5.Entries become the property of Cottam Community Association and are not returned. Entrants transfer all of their ownership rights (including all copyright) of their designs to Cottam Community Association and consent to Cottam Community Association reproducing their design in the future without cost or attribution.
6.All entries may be used to publicise the Community Centre's work (e.g. on the website, in newsletters, in news articles, on Facebook and Twitter etc). However, Cottam Community Association will NOT release entrants' names without prior consent.
7.The rules of the Competition may not be changed or modified and will strictly be applied.
8.Cottam Community Association will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition. By entering this competition all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Cottam Community Association for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
